How To Return & Exchange Policy ?

At Trandybox, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

🔄 Exchange Policy:

If the customer orders the wrong size or color by mistake, the exchange is possible.

However, in such cases, the customer must bear a courier charge of ₹300.

If Trandybox sends the wrong product (wrong size, color, or item), we will provide a free exchange.

In this case, the customer must prprovideovide valid proof such as clear images or an unboxing video.

📥 Return Policy:

Return is only accepted in the case of:

1. Damaged product

2. Defective item

3. Wrong product sent

For the return to be approved, the customer must provide a parcel opening video as proof.

Only then will the return be accepted free of charge.

If the return request is made without any valid reason, the customer must pay ₹300 as return shipping charges.

⏳ Return/Exchange Time Frame:

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.

💸 Refund Process:

The customer must first ship the product back to Trandybox.

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

The amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account provided at the time of return request.
